The baby chicks who come from those eggs stay in the classrooms until they are big enough to withstand outside temperatures, and then they are brought outside to be in a coop for a week or two until the farmer can take them back. They are not outside at night, they are not running around the playground equipment, and they are not laying eggs because they are babies themselves.[/quote]
