We are just now getting a new director, although she has been with Bright Horizons at other centers for some time.  I haven't had much interaction with her yet though.  The Assistant Director is wonderful and very responsive.

One thing I love about our center is that it is on the small side, so all the teachers and staff seem to know virtually all the kids (and vice versa).[/quote]
