Sidwell and ncs are certainly as good or better than wis or the British school. And I take issue with the argument that London private schools are better than the top dc privates. I went to ncs and have a number of friends who went to St. Paul's in London, one of the best private schools in London. Ncs and St. Paul's had an exchange and ncs had a very strong rep among the St. Paul's girls. The ones I knew said they heard ncs girls were incredibly hard working both academically and athletically, and that the facilities were amazing. Seriously, they had all gone to an incredibly posh school in London but when it came up I went to ncs, they all were like, "oh my god! I've heard it's amazing!" [/quote]
