Legislators have now stripped away the 7 year provision (reverting, I believe, the the 4 year provision that had previously existed).  But, as the blog points out, volunteers are still left out of teh PIPA definition.

Hate her all you want.  IMO, she did a great service by screaming out loud about this legislation, and the changes are due solely to her pointing the light at this issue.
