Eastern would be better in terms of the humanitiies curriculum, but does it trump all the other negatives of the school, when our daughter could get a reasonably good education at Westland anyway?

I'm not concerned about HS at this point, so that's not factoring into our discussion, but I would be really grateful to hear what some thoughts about what 'matters' when choosing a school. In particular, does great accelerated curriculum trump everything else?
