I'm sorry you find it a difficult holiday. Try to make plans with friends, go out and buy something for yourself, get a mani/pedi and try to focus on the things in your life that are great. Personally, I struggle more with family oriented holidays when ALL of my siblings and cousins (yes, I am the last one not married and have over 25 cousins - including some of my cousins' kids who are also married) show up. I just have no emotional connection to St V's day. [/quote]
