Have you spoken to either school. I think this goes a long way, sometime kids are somewhere in between, Lab and McLean being overkill and public not providing any services. Bullis might be that nice inbetween place. I don't see anybody getting "lost" at Bullis

Do you realize how small Bullis is? It is much smaller than I expected. (since the campus is really large)

Also, if he goes to McLean for a little and then transfers there is sort of a feel of accomplishment, like I graduate. Many programs have the kids start in specialized classes and slowly move them to mainstreamed classes with accomodations.

Not sure of your son's age but St. John's, Paul VI and OLGC also have programs for kids with LD's.
