Christians or Catholics? Catholics definitely yes. Can't speak for all Christians.
I thought Catholics were Christian too
Mary is the most important deity for Catholics. Her Son, Jesus, is the most important for Christians.
You are obviously not Catholic so please do not attempt to speak for us. Mary is NOT worshipped as a deity. She holds a special place and is believed to be a saint who intercedes on our behalf (ie Holy Mother, pray for us).
Whatever. This is the kind of nonsense that fueled the war in Northern Ireland.
What the HELL are you talking about? I don't care what your political views are, or your opinions about religion. They don't give you the right to spout mistruths about an entire faith tradition. "Whatever" is an argument for children and the intellectually weak. Not to mention, you may want to read up on the history of Northern Ireland....then you'd know that Protestant England were the oppressors and aggressors. Doesn't justify the IRA, but the view that Catholic beliefs are "nonsense" directly led to many years of conflict. You sound not only ignorant but like a total bigot.
