They delete my comment and block me. I see they have done that for others as well. I feel if they have the time to do this, they certainly have the time to acknowledge emails and say the are looking into the matter.
Poor online ordering, no method for actually speaking to a human and can't take any form of negative feedback. 
Good luck with that business model is all I have to say. There are many businesses to choose from. They had mine and can now say goodbye to it. Granted, I'm a small fish to them I'm sure but I wonder how long they plan to treat customers like this and stay in business? [/quote]
