I forgot to mention that I don't think they will remove the scar tissue on the same day as your initial hysteroscopy. For me at least, they wanted the former was in the OB's office while I was awake, and the latter was a surgical procedure under anesthesia. If you're initial visit is under anesthesia, you'll be out of work for at least that day...but I returned to work the next day. Otherwise, the hysteroscopy in the office only took about 20 minutes, and I went straight back to work.
