As a dog owner, it is entirely unacceptable when the poop is not bagged. Totally unacceptable, and it ruins it for the many, many responsible dog owners out there.

I support this response.

Also, this is correct about dog urine killing grass. Dogs don't have ammonia in their urine.

To the poster who sends a bill for resodding, I would love to receive such a passive-aggressive invoice from you. Handle things like an adult. When you do something like this, I will personally see to it that I defecate and urinate all over your lawn. Yes, I will bag my feces and throw it on your lawn. Yup.
