I don't want to serve appetizer-type quiches; I'd like quiche in a pie shell. People will definitely eat the bagels. DH's family is Jewish and they do not usually have great bagels (we buy them at Goldberg's) and lox with sliced onion, cucumber, tomatoes - and whitefish salad. They will definitely eat that.[/quote]
