Cardio, weight training and nutrition. Edouard is really well rounded and has extensive nutrition knowledge. He definitely didn't take it easy on me! I've learned so much over the past year and now train with lots of my friends in family. I still work out with him a few times a month because he is constantly evolving exercises and routines. I believe he takes his exam for certification in January sometime so his prices are really affordable now. It worked out to be about $30 per session in the gym.
