[/quote] I agree with this. I attended a couple of job fairs as I prepared to graduate from grad school. I was focused in my approach - I knew that there were certain employers there I wanted to speak with and did my research in advance. I made sure I had my "elevator speech" down as to why their companies were of interest and what I thought I could bring to the table, and I followed up. Job fairs led to a couple of offers, though I ultimately went with a job through the on-campus recruiting process. [/quote]
