They look a bit like wolf spiders, but are a bit stockier and hairier. Wolf spiders don't jump much, they are mostly ground spiders. I had a nest get disturbed when a tree fell right outside the door of my townhouse during Isabel. They nest in groups of around 300 spiders and decided my townhouse was their new home. Those things freak me the eff out and Raid is barely effective since you have to use half a can on each one due to their thick exoskeletons. [/quote]
