How can I address this issue?  Lately I've been thinking about it more because I am pregnant and also working full-time and I find that I cannot handle two big things at once without getting really stressed and overwhelmed.  I feel like I cannot focus on both pregnancy and work well and am considering going part-time at my job.[/quote]
