We haven't met these neighbors yet.  Would it be totally out of line for me to knock on their door tomorrow morning and ask if they can be a little more considerate?  Or is this just the bad luck of the draw?  In our old neighborhood we never had to deal with this, and we lived in that house for 12 years.  We had a dog but he only barked when someone came to the door and was not a barker outside at all.  Help!!!! [/quote]
