I plan on going back to work in another 6-9 months and will probably go down to part-time until DS is school aged (so maybe 60K a year) and then will arrange my shifts back to full time so that DH and I split child care duties once DS is in school full time. I realize that my salary will mean nothing when I go part time since we will be employing a nanny, but I think it is important for me to get back into the line of work so I can go full time when DS is older.
