[/quote] "The teacher was nice to these kids (of Race A) and awful to these other kids (of Race B)" does not constitute proof of racism, no matter how many parents sign. Nor is it possible for anybody to prove a negative (i.e., prove they are not racist). Nor, typically, are workplace accusations handled by the boss telling the employee to prove that the workplace accusations are not correct. I think that there may indeed be a real problem at the OP's school. But this is just not the way to address it.[/quote]
