Not sure why you care about what I'm looking for in a neighborhood, but it's not about driving through there. It's (a) a safety issue - safer for pedestrians and kids, especially if there aren't sidewalks, and (b) personal preference. When I look out my window, I like to see green yards and my neighbor's houses, not rows of cars. It looks more orderly. [/quote]
