Unless you are replacing them every 10 years, it would not be considered a repeated problem. Things just get old due to weather, sun, etc. Couple of years ago, we had our door surround replaced and painted by a painting company... I think it was called Homeworks Painting. A handyman could also take care of this. [/quote]
