Two cycles isn't that many. Three fresh, three frozen to get to my baby. Only you can figure out what you're willing and able to do. Good luck.
Agree. We said we would do 4 going into it. That seemed my emotional max, but I know people who have done WAY more with many many miscarriages. I can't even imagine the pain. Yet... They have twin 5 year old girls now. I imagine much of that pain is a distant sight in the rear view mirror at this point. I know it's all very personal, but in my opinion, if you want a baby, then you need to keep trying for a baby (one way or another.) doing nothing will never get you a baby, but each round of IVF "might" bring you a baby, DE "might" get you a baby, adoption "might" get you a baby, surrogacy "might" get you a baby. giving up for good is not going to get you a baby. Clearly, the emotional toll starts to wear on you and maybe a break for a specified time or trying another route might be in the cards. Someone on the expectant moms thread posted interesting advice about a life event she was grappling with: she was told (and did) to look at your life and then fast forward it... 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, 10 years.... If you can really see a child free happy life in 10 years, then perhaps stopping though is the right approach for you?
