[/quote] A bit off topic, but as I understand it, independent schools are REQUIRED to offer some level of FA, in compliance with their tax status. Is that correct? And I also think the so-called "gap" is a marketing fraud. What they really mean is a "suggested/ ideal contribution per child to the annual fund." We give far less because frankly, I don't like the feeling of being manipulated in that way.[/quote]
