As I was pulling away I noticed there were a couple of police motorcycles parked in around the corner of the restaurant and I'm wondering if I should have gone in and said something to them but I since I had the girls with me and we were already headed out of the parking lot I didn't turn around.  Ugh.  Why do people do this?  Those dogs could have easily jumped out of the truck and were way too aggressive to be out unsecured in public. [/quote]
