I did a very detailed search for a townhome in 20878 a year ago so can comment on those communities. The only single family neighborhood I know well is the one where our elem school is located. West Riding is the community - the homes are older but it seems very family friendly and safe. Prices are around 400k for a SFH there. I would move there if I could.[/quote]
