The exam procrastination thing sounds very annoying. But I am a master procrastinator, so I can imagine winding up in the same boat, even if pregnant me was taking the exams! (Procrastination example: I was in labor before we started putting the baby's bassinet together!) Deep breath, OP. Let go whatever chores, errands, etc. can be let go.
