You do have to be careful about where you live. People will buy four bedroom homes and rent them out to four college kids. Nightmare to live next to. We bought further out from town to avoid that. And you are right about the age thing! I used to joke that the girls in town stayed young and gorgeous while I continued to age! The good stuff? There was always lots of neat stuff going on. We had great restaurants and bars. Wonderful cultural opportunities. And we LOVED football game weekends![/quote]
