Yes, the distance from Fallsgrove to RP is longer than most MCPS elementary standards, but it's doesn't seem too bad given the traffic patterns. King Farm's proximity to College Gardens is also not ideal given there's no northern access to Gude Dr. from CGES. In both cases, it's my preference for a walkable/sidewalk, mixed-use community that is the draw. If there was a similar community linked to to one of the W clusters, that would be my dream scenario, but I'm not aware of one.[/quote]
