I called the charter school board, and they emailed me a chart with information they said may or may not be up-to-date.  The only schools on that chart showing a December 31 cut-off are:

Eagle Academy
Howard Road Academy
Ideal Academy
Roots
Septima Clark
Tree of Life

I have not called these schools to confirm this information because they are either inconveniently located (across the city) or do not have good "reviews" here and elsewhere.
