So instead of heading to DS' soccer game right now, I have to get out the steam cleaner and try to get the dog piss out of my bedroom carpet from my inlaws' dogs. Something must be wrong with these animals because the only time I've seen urine this color is when I've been on those drugs they give you when you have a UTI. I don't even want to go downstairs and see what the damage is there. Oh, and it's 10:00 and FIL's wife is still sleeping it off--got shit faced on wine last night and completely embarrassed herself in front of our friends.
Where is DH? Or your inlaws to do this? Are neither of them embarassed by their dogs behavior? (Not even mentioning their own behavior, of course). I agree, I would tell DH that either he cleans up after the dogs, they don't bring them, or next time they all stay at a lovely, pet friiendly hotel where everyone will be more comfortable. And the dogs can enjoy the back yard.
