+1 on the Au Courant Products. 
I'm very fair, like snow white. I really like combining the aucourant spray and the instant tanning lotion. The  instant lotion works great  on my legs, it adds color and moisture. If you combine the 2, one right after the other it looks sensational. NO awful stink and it doesn't scream look at my fake tan!
