Such a good feeling.[/quote] This is just a mini rant and isn't necessarily directed at you, but some of us really like cardio and aren't doing it just to lose weight. I get anxious and moody when I haven't run for several days. Weightlifting doesn't do that at all. I definitely think that resistance training should be part of any exercise regimen (although I definitely have to force myself), but cardio is also necessary. Balance![/quote]
