My recommendation is to do at least a couple consults with different doctors at different practices and see which doctor, nurse, and practice fits your style. Also, if you aren't happy, don't be afraid to switch. You will spend a lot of time at the office, talk to the nurses almost daily, and have a ton of emotional energy invested.
