Hotsling. With my first, I didn't get a stroller because I used the Hotsling so much. Easy to learn, and phenomenal for traveling, shopping, etc.
I wanted so much to like Hotsling, because it was easy, washable and had a cute pattern. But it did not work out for me. :( First, it is really not safe. The warning label is right that it is very easy for baby to fall, and you have to have one hand on baby whenever you move. Plus, the uneven weight distribution made my back hurt after walking just a mile (and my baby was only eight pounds). I agree with other PP that you shouldn't be so quick to chose a baby sling over a front carrier until you have tried both. I thought I wanted the sling, but am much happier with Snugli carrier.
