From Franklynn you might be able to go south and try I-66 but check it out throughly and drive it a few times at the hours during which you will be going to work and returning so you really know what you are dealing with.  Most people in No. McLean avoid I-66.  But if it's close and can work for you, go with it.  Good luck.[/quote]

You are describing Langley Forest, not Langley Oaks.  Langley Oaks is a sub-division off Georgetown Pike near Langley HS.  As another poster noted, almost all the houses were built in the 1970s and 1980s. [/quote]
