I've been on the pill for 2 months now (just started the 3rd month) and for the last month I have been anxious, slightly paranoid, and have had incredibly low self esteem.   I'm on the same pills I was before DS was born, and I honestly cannot figure out what is going on with me.  DH and I are going to a wedding and I started crying last night because I thought I shouldn't go because DH will be embarrassed by me and how ugly I am.  I'm the same size 10 as I was before I was pregnant.  We are supposed to go on a beach trip in 3 weeks and I've honestly been thinking of starving myself so I lose weight.   It just seems weird that this is caused by the pill since it never bothered me before.   I'm hoping others have had similar experiences or can give me some ideas before I call my doctor and sound like an idiot.
