Do you have sleep apnea or low vitamin D or iron levels? Thyroid working okay? Is the office too hot or the job too boring? What do you have for lunch?
Got vitamin D checked--normal. Iron is normal, as is thyroid--even went to an endocrinologist for more sensitive testing for thyroid. I don't think I have sleep apnea--at least my husband, who is a light sleeper, has never mentioned it. I feel like I wake up feeling pretty good. And on the weekends I am very productive and don't feel low energy most of the time. Job is somewhat boring but most jobs are. Office is usually too cold--I always bring a sweater. Lunch varies. I do tend to eat a lot of carbs--sandwich, etc.
