The schools in the DCC have SES and racial diversity and, although a lot of people talk a good game, many people can't let go of a lot the negative stereotypes. My DD went to a MS in the cluster for one of the W's and my DS went to a DCC MS. Many more SERIOUS issues at DD's school with regards to substance abuse and promiscuity. In fact DD's former ES best friend with two professional and educated parents was an alcholic and weed head at 13 - and most of her friends (all White females) were involved in the same things. I do not meant to bash any cluster or schools, but kids can get into trouble anywhere ad at any school.[/quote]
