My gut is that, if I were to be offered the job, I could inform HR that DH has applied in a different department. I wouldn't want to make it seem that DH getting a job is a condition of my acceptance, but do you think that would increase his chances of at least getting an interview since we are relocating? I know that for senior level positions HR often helps the spouse land a position, among other things, when relocation is part of the equation.[/quote]
