You may be left nothing btw.[/quote] yes, but it still depends on the facts. if father was very ill, as it appears from the description, there may be the issue whether he was competent to set up the trust, or if the stepmother waited for him to be basically in her power to take advantage of him and set up the trust to her advantage. depending on the amount of property it may be worthwhile to have an attorney's opinion. also, kids should be able to see the documents, I don't see why they should rely on the stepmother's word. I would talk to an attorney very fast, once she sells and the money desappears, there is not much you can do. it may difficult to win anyway, but good luck[/quote]
