Silver Spring has something of a walkable downtown with a Metro station and some kick-ass so-kitschy-it's-good mid-C suburban architecture. It also has a lot of educated "creatives" raising families there. Kentlands I know because I used to have a friend up there. It's pretty nondescript, but at least the fakety-new stuff doesn't look like Cracker Barrel-Walmart land.[/quote]
