During cycle 1 of Clomid and TI, I had follicles that never quite got big enough on my 50mg dosage, so they started me on 100mg. This time around, I took 100mg of Clomid last Weds-Sun. Went for monitoring yesterday and my estrogen is rising, and I have a couple of follicles that are coming along.

I guess it is worth noting that when I was on the 50mg dosage of Clomid, my hormone levels were wonky. The nurse was surprised every time. We thought they were going up, then on my next visit they decreased, only to shoot way back up on a subsequent visit before bottoming out. Once they upped my dosage my hormone levels were good.
