It was meant to rank and stack knowledge of all the 2nd graders in FCPS. There are plenty of posts about that here. The WISC is normed and he did extremely well - in the very superior range. The only way to tell if a late birthday was at disadvantage would be to correlate scores against birthdate.[/quote] Ok PP good luck with the appeal![/quote]
