But when we tell them that this is now a reality and will happen very soon, I would like to be armed with information about the new and exciting dance/gymnastics options they will have.  I am mostly interested in info about the competition teams, but also any opportunities, such as cool camps/clinics.

Their main reason for wanting to join these teams is to just feel they are a part of something and to meet new friends with common interests.  Their rec classes have been great, but they don't really get the chance to bond with their classmates.

So anyway, I would love any info about gyms and dance studios in the area.  I'm hoping they will be able to find teams that they can join right away.
