I started using apple cider vinegar recently 2 or 3 a week.   I keep it in a spray bottle in the shower, and i douse my hair in it after washing.  Then I "do" the rest of my shower (face, shaving, whatever) so I have at least 5 minutes for the vinegar to sit there on my hair.

Amazing shit, all for $1.79 a bottle at Giant.  And I say this as a person who has indeed used Neutrogena clarifying shampoo in my teens / twenties.  Yes, that does remove product buildup like old mousse, but it also fries the hell out of your hair because it uses the same ingredients used in Cascade dishwashing detergent.  No joke.  [/quote]
