I have personally seen several Volts, several Leafs, and one Fisker. I heard the other day that if you have a product and describe it as "environmentally friendly", it actually reduces sales to conservatives. Great mindset guys. Your grandchildren will be proud.
Jeff, you hear lots of things. When can I show you some bridges?
Yeah, here is a bridge for you: http://www.pnas.org/content/early/2013/04/26/1218453110 This is a study from the National Academy of Sciences. One finding was this: "more conservative individuals were less likely to purchase a more expensive energy-efficient light bulb when it was labeled with an environmental message than when it was unlabeled." I bet if you took a Chevy Volt and advertised it as "fueled by dead baby seals" it would wipe out sales of F-150s among conservatives.
