It took me two years of accomodating it, hoping it would get better, putting down my head and just doing my job because I liked the job, had great benefits etc. Finally things came to a head during a meeting where I saw truly that she wasn't going to change, the organization wasn't going to do anything about the behavior and if I stayed there I was going to continue to be a whipping post for everything. It really drained me of my self esteem, eagerness to work hard and made me very suspicious of other people's intentions. I quit, have been going through therapy and realized that I should have left early on rather having to have gone through that entire ordeal because I thought I was helping the organization and I was stuck because of the salaries and benefit. So have an exit plan.[/quote]
