Please explain how IF a works FULL time and B works part time (A working full time is not actually stated- so unsure of A's status) How B is getting in BEFORE A and leaving after A.

One tip that has served me well in business over the years: Unless Person B reports directly to you, or is impacting your work, it is not your business.  All you do is focus on the work YOU do.  If you spend YOUR time focusing on other people and what they are doing, it makes you look petty and doesn't put you in the best of light.  Just keep your nose to the grindstone and worry about doing your own job.[/quote]
