OP, here's my advice, having lost over 100 lbs six years ago (and kept it off).

Have a small portion of a regular (full fat) version of what you are craving on a small, festive plate.  Do not buy some "healthy" low fat version that will not satisfy your craving and may even offer more calories and undoubtedly more chemicals than the regular version.

Make this a treat and make it the best possible treat you can buy.  Spend money.  Eat very slowly.  The first few bites are the best.  Pay attention to your body.  When you have hit the point that the cake isn't really "tasting" any more, stop eating it.  Don't save it.  Put it down the garbage disposal.[/quote]
