But I'm justifying it in that we never had a honeymoon or real vacation with just the two of us ever (including dating). It's always involved friends or visiting relatives. Annapolis is probably less expensive because there are so many more hotel options. And the USNA is not "in session" so fewer parents coming to town and all that, maybe?
